Digital Product License

Effective July 7, 2026

This license covers everything the Atelier gives you: module content, guides, printable practice sheets, worksheets generated by the practice studio, illustrations, and Coach critiques. It draws one clear line between the materials we made and the lettering you make.

Your lettering is yours

Work you create with your own hand, on paper or on the practice canvas, belongs entirely to you. Sell it, license it, build a business on it. Skills are not licensed; they are learned.

Atelier materials: personal use

Your purchase grants a personal, non transferable license to use the Atelier materials for your own learning and practice. You may print practice sheets for your own use as many times as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share logins to, teach from, or repackage the materials, in whole or in part, and you may not use them to train AI systems.

Commercial use requires a license

Any commercial use of Atelier materials, for example using our practice sheets in your own paid classes, including our worksheets in a product, or incorporating Atelier content into client deliverables, requires a separate perpetual commercial license from Ink & Sealed, LLC. Licenses are granted in writing and in perpetuity for the scope agreed. To request one, email info@inkandsealed.com with a description of the intended use.

Coach critiques

Critiques are generated for your personal learning. You may share screenshots of your own critiques socially with credit to The Lettering Atelier. You may not present Coach output as professional certification or resell it.

Termination

This license ends if your account is terminated for violating the Terms of Use. Provisions on commercial use and redistribution survive termination.
