Refund Policy

Effective July 7, 2026

All sales are final

The Lettering Atelier is a digital product delivered in full immediately at purchase. Because your Atelier Pass grants complete access to all live modules, the practice studio, and the Coach the moment your payment goes through, all charges are final and are not refundable. This is stated before checkout, and completing your purchase confirms you accept it.

Atelier Pass renewals

The annual Atelier Pass renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel online at any time and your benefits continue through the end of the period you paid for. We send a reminder before each renewal. Renewal charges, once processed, are not refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want the next year.

Billing errors

Charged twice for the same purchase, or charged after you canceled the Pass before its renewal date? That is a billing error, not a change of mind, and we will make it right. Email info@inkandsealed.com with your account email and the charge details and we will correct verified errors promptly.

Access problems

If you paid and cannot get in, that is on us to fix. Email info@inkandsealed.com and we will restore your access.
