Privacy Policy
Effective July 7, 2026
This policy explains what Ink & Sealed, LLC collects when you use The Lettering Atelier, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and optional display name, used to sign you in with a one time code and to send service messages. Purchase data: payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of your purchase and a customer reference but never see or store your card number. Practice data: images of lettering you submit to the Coach, the critiques generated for you, your skill scores, and your usage of the critique allowance. Basic technical data: logs necessary to run and secure the service.
How the Coach uses your submissions
When you submit lettering, the image is sent to our AI provider to generate your critique, and the image and critique are stored in your account so the Coach can track your progress and personalize future feedback. Your submissions are used to serve you. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train our own AI models.
Who we share data with
Service providers only, and only what they need: Supabase hosts our database and authentication, Stripe processes payments, Vercel hosts the site, and Anthropic processes Coach submissions to generate critiques. Supply pages link to Amazon; if you click through, Amazon's own privacy policy applies and an affiliate cookie may be set by Amazon. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third party advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data, including Coach submissions and critiques, by emailing info@inkandsealed.com from your account email. We will complete verified requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. New York residents and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws can exercise those rights by emailing info@inkandsealed.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
The Atelier is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We will post any material changes here with a new effective date. Questions and requests: info@inkandsealed.com, Ink & Sealed, LLC, New York.
