The Lettering Atelier at atelier.inkandsealed.com is owned and operated by Ink & Sealed, LLC. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What you are buying

The Atelier is a digital education product: lettering modules, an interactive practice studio, printable practice sheets, and an AI powered critique tool called the Coach. Membership is the annual Atelier Pass, which grants access to the modules and the Coach for a single person for as long as it stays active. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Custom, brand-built engagements ("Starting From Idea To Custom") are arranged directly with Ink & Sealed, invoiced separately, and are not sold through the site checkout.

Atelier Pass renewal terms

The Atelier Pass renews automatically each year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Before each renewal we will send a reminder to your account email with instructions to cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your account, and cancellation is as simple as signup. On cancellation, your access runs through the end of the paid period.

The Coach is AI, not a human

The Coach is an artificial intelligence system. It is not a human teacher, and no human reviews your submissions in real time. It analyzes images of your lettering and generates feedback, scores, and practice drills automatically. Like any AI system it can make mistakes, and its feedback is an educational aid, not a professional evaluation. The Coach stores your submissions and past critiques to personalize future feedback; see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

Educational content disclaimer

Atelier content teaches a creative craft. Results depend on your practice, and no specific skill level, income, or business outcome is promised, including in Module 05, which discusses commercial application of lettering. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional business advice. Historical and cultural notes in the modules are provided in good faith for educational context.

Affiliate disclosure

Supply pages contain Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Ink & Sealed, LLC earns from qualifying purchases. Prices and availability are set by Amazon, and recommendations reflect tools Reed actually uses.

Your conduct

You agree not to share your login, scrape or copy course content, upload unlawful or infringing images to the Coach, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; no refund is owed for a suspension caused by violation.

Intellectual property

All Atelier content, including module text, worksheets, generated practice sheets, illustrations, and the Coach experience, is the property of Ink & Sealed, LLC. Your use of it is governed by the Product License. Lettering you create with your own hand is yours.

Limitation of liability

The Atelier is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink & Sealed, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
